Steamboat Trail Running Camp

An all ages camp targeting individual strengths and challenges to create stronger athletes both mentally and physically. Embrace the trails, get stronger, learn from yourself, share with each other, face your mountains and enjoy the moment.

The Workshops. Dates for 2021 TBD!

Penelope Freedman (Coach & owner of raw foods company Kenchuto Bliss), along with a team of professional trainers and coaches will lead this camp for all ages and abilities in workshops and trail running through the beautiful rugged mountains of the Yampa Valley.

The camp includes several integrated running wellness workshops led by local professionals covering functional movement, strength and conditioning, holistic health, earthing yoga, life coaching, and raw food nutrition.

Beginning Friday afternoon with a guest speaker and banquet, the workshops will continue through Sunday. There will be at least one scheduled trail run each day as well as some other group activities around town. We will be taking Covid-19 into consideration as we plan and execute the weekend.
